Cherie Storm Project Manager

Cherie Storm has been involved in the building industry since childhood, going to job sites with her father, a turnkey general contractor, learning the construction trade. It was only natural to start a company on the Outer Banks of North Carolina specializing in residential construction. Her interest in the arts and architecture prompted her to return to school to get a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design at East Carolina University.

After passing the National Council for Interior Design Qualification Exam, becoming a licensed interior designer. Cherie opened an interior design firm, Cherie Storm Designs, specializing in high-end residential and kitchen design. Her continued thirst for knowledge in architecture motivated her to begin her Master’s in Architecture from North Carolina State University. While in graduate school, she caught the eye of Aspen Architectural firm, who relocated her to Aspen, CO to be the lead interior designer of a multiuse resort, commercial, residential complex in Snowmass, CO. While at the Architectural Firm, Cherie was able to utilize her professional and leadership skill designing and directing architectural and interior design teams in multiple national and international residential, resort, hospitality, and commercial design projects. In a continuous effort to develop professionally, Cherie reopened her interior design firm in 2009, Storm Designs, providing new and returning clients with passionate sophisticated designs tailored to their individual lifestyle. Designing projects nationally in renowned resort areas like the Aspen, Jackson Hole, and the Outer Banks only enhances her perpetual devotion to providing design solutions that are aesthetic and provocative as well as functional.

Aspen has instilled an incredible sense of community influencing her to be a returning volunteer for American Institute of Architects, Aspen Youth Center, Food and Wine, and Habitat for Humanity providing an accomplished sense of community and culture. Her sense of culture also manifests in her career as a professional member of American Society of Interior Designers and National Kitchen and Bath Association as well as an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects. Clay Reichardt Project manager

I was raised in a large construction family following projects around the country on multimillion-dollar homes from Vail/ Beaver Creek Co., Padre Island Texas, Jackson Hole Wyo., to Martha’s Vineyard / Cape Cod and many other towns between.

Completed a BA in History 2004 from the University of Colorado. Living in Boom and Bust turbulent economic industry on the Western Slope, I wanted a basis of comparative knowledge and skills to deal with it, and I have a passion of learning.

Own and operated A&H Associates, my construction company through the years with projects in Vail and Beaver Creek. Now enjoying my employment with Aspen built Inc. working on a 17-million-dollar multifamily project in Glenwood Springs. I Purchased my first lot in 1982 and built my first personal small home in Gypsum. Since then the focus has been on management, home renovations and new building construction projects. Cindy, my wife and I live in the custom home we built in 2008.

I love living in the mountains with close access to our National Forests, 15 minutes from a stream and or a hike. Thriving in our Valley presents its own challenges and the rewards of living here are worth the extra effort.
